Are you a beauty enthusiast with a passion for teaching and elevating brand standards? Secret Garden Village is seeking a dynamic and articulate Trainer Staff to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality beauty products and our frontline teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our staff is well-versed in the nuances of skincare, fragrances, and cosmetics, ultimately delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.
As our Trainer Staff, you will lead training sessions, develop educational modules, and stay ahead of industry trends. Your expertise in the beauty sector will help our team not only understand our product ingredients and benefits but also master the art of consultative selling. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs covering skincare, fragrance, makeup, and haircare product lines.
- Conduct regular in-store coaching sessions to enhance the product knowledge and selling skills of sales personnel.
- Create and update training manuals, presentation materials, and product knowledge guides.
- Analyze staff performance metrics and identify gaps to provide targeted coaching and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing and brand management teams to stay updated on new product launches and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our training content remains innovative and competitive.
- Organize product demonstrations and workshops to foster brand loyalty among staff and customers.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry (Fragrance, skincare, cosmetics, or haircare).
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of developing training materials or mentoring team members.
- Deep passion for beauty, retail trends, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian (and English is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training schedules across different locations.
- Ability to demonstrate product application techniques effectively.
