Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive F&B training programs aligned with operational standards
- Conduct skill assessments and performance evaluations for staff development
- Develop engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises
- Monitor service quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps
- Facilitate workshops on product knowledge, service protocols, and customer engagement
- Track training effectiveness and report on performance improvements
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Education, or related field (D3 accepted with experience)
- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B training or instructional design
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and industry trends
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in training methodologies (e.g., Train the Trainer) preferred
- Experience developing assessment tools and performance metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office and training technology platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
