J&T Express is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainer Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Bogor branch. As a key player in our Human Resources and Training department, you will be responsible for shaping the competence and performance of our frontline staff and operational teams.
In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs that align with J&T Express's high standards for operational excellence and customer service. You will act as a mentor, bridge the gap between operational needs and staff capability, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive training modules for branch staff.
- Conduct regular training needs analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in performance and knowledge.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior trainers and trainees.
- Manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, material preparation, and facility coordination.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all training initiatives comply with corporate policies and J&T Express operational standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to roll out new process updates or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a training, learning & development, or supervisory role.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Deep understanding of adult learning methodologies and training design processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence staff at all levels.
- Willingness to be placed in Bogor and travel as required by operational needs.
