Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for employees across various departments
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations
- Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
- Conduct both classroom and virtual training sessions on product knowledge, program execution, and value propositions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging training methodologies
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience in retail or technology industry is highly preferred
