Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and continuously update comprehensive training curriculums, covering product knowledge, customer service standards, and promotional execution.
- Supervise and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring high-quality delivery of educational programs across various regions and channels.
- Deliver highly engaging, interactive, and consistent training sessions to retail staff, sales teams, and corporate partners.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, performance assessments, and operational feedback, adjusting programs to address skill gaps.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales departments to align training initiatives with strategic product launches.
- Oversee the maintenance of training materials, learning management systems (LMS), and generate reports for executive stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity, preferably within the retail or telecom sector.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern facilitation methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI and translate performance data into actionable insights.
