Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs on overhead crane operations, maintenance, and electrical safety.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field engineers, maintenance technicians, and customers.
- Assess regional training needs and update training manuals to align with the latest Konecranes technologies and local safety standards.
- Conduct hands-on practical training and safety demonstrations on-site.
- Collaborate with the regional engineering team to analyze equipment performance and identify specific areas for training intervention.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and post-training evaluation reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, servicing, or troubleshooting of industrial Overhead Cranes.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and pedagogical skills to effectively transfer complex technical knowledge.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to various customer sites across East Java.
