Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance training programs aligned with Nidec standards and local regulations.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge regarding compliance policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Legal and HR departments to update training materials and ensure regulatory changes are reflected.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules for diverse audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of training completion and employee certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, specifically within a compliance or regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, labor laws, and corporate compliance frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
