As an OD Specialist, you will spearhead initiatives that bridge the gap between business strategy and employee performance. From conducting deep-dive Training Need Analyses (TNA) to refining our structural organizational framework, your work will directly impact our operational efficiency and workplace culture. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform comprehensive Training Need Analysis (TNA) across all departments to identify skill gaps.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Standardize and update Job Descriptions (JD) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee evaluation process, ensuring fair and performance-driven assessments.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational development projects to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to track training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Maintain organizational charts and assist in headcount planning and succession management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in HR, specifically in Training and OD.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable development strategies.
  • Proficient in designing competency models, career paths, and job evaluation systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially regarding documentation and policy compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Rungkut, Jawa Timur.
