Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality technical training sessions to customers and internal staff on automation systems.
- Setup, configure, and maintain training equipment, including robots and controllers, prior to sessions.
- Coordinate all aspects of training program logistics, including scheduling, room booking, and resource allocation.
- Assist in the development, translation, and updating of technical training manuals and courseware.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on guidance to trainees during practical exercises.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment and equipment storage area.
- Gather and analyze feedback from trainees to continuously improve training effectiveness and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Strong technical background in automation, robotics, or control engineering is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in a training, support, or customer-facing role is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training assignments.
