- Coordinate with trainers to ensure all materials, schedules, and resources are prepared for sessions

- Provide excellent customer service to trainees and staff, resolving inquiries promptly

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in training coordination, facility management, or administrative roles
