Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various departments.
- Design, develop, and update engaging and effective training content, materials, and modules, including e-learning courses, presentations, job aids, and facilitator guides.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and L&D specialists to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Ensure all training materials align with learning objectives, organizational goals, and industry best practices in adult learning and instructional design.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and content through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, recommending improvements as needed.
- Maintain and organize a central repository of training documentation and resources, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Research and stay abreast of new trends, technologies, and methodologies in learning and development to continuously enhance our training offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Training Analyst, Content Developer, Instructional Designer, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and various training methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
