Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and update engaging training content for various delivery methods (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led, blended learning)
- Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth user experience and functionality
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content requirements and translate complex information into digestible learning materials
- Analyze training metrics and user feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Manage digital assets, including multimedia resources, assessments, and documentation within the LMS
- Ensure compliance with e-learning standards and accessibility guidelines across all training materials
- Support training program implementation, including scheduling, user onboarding, and troubleshooting technical issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training content development and LMS administration
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, or similar) and content management systems
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality learning standards
