Are you a passionate Learning and Development professional looking to make a measurable impact in the retail sector? Hero Retail Nusantara is seeking a dynamic Training & Development Specialist to join our team in Bekasi. In this role, you will be the architect of our internal talent growth, designing and facilitating high-impact learning programs that empower our frontline and management teams to deliver excellence.

As part of a leading retail organization, you will work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps, develop engaging training materials, and leverage modern pedagogical techniques to elevate team performance. We are looking for someone who is not just an instructor, but a change agent who understands the retail landscape and knows how to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development gaps across retail operations.
  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end training modules, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training programs.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions for various levels of staff, ranging from store associates to middle management.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to align training initiatives with organizational goals and retail KPIs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessment scores, and operational performance metrics.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and budget tracking for development programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles (ADDIE/SAM models).
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with digital learning tools or LMS platforms.
  • Willingness to travel between retail locations within the Bekasi/Greater Jakarta area as required.
