Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for all employee levels
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
- Create engaging and effective training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development role
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Experience with e-learning platforms and content creation tools
- Ability to analyze complex training needs and develop targeted solutions
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
