Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Department Head in designing and executing comprehensive retail training programs.
- Facilitate training sessions for retail staff to ensure high standards of product knowledge and service excellence.
- Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals.
- Monitor and analyze staff performance metrics to identify training gaps and improvement areas.
- Support the appraisal process by providing objective data and feedback on individual staff growth.
- Organize training logistics, materials, and digital resources for workshops and onboarding sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with overall business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a training, retail operations, or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) for material preparation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
