Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for technical and soft skills across shifts
- Develop and implement certification processes for operational roles and technical competencies
- Lead cross-training initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility and knowledge sharing
- Conduct training needs analysis and create tailored curriculum based on departmental requirements
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and participant feedback
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals
- Manage training resources, schedules, and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training or technical education
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning methodologies (e.g., CTT+)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train across diverse shifts and cultures
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training technology tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience in developing technical training materials for engineering environments
