Are you a passionate culinary professional or hospitality expert looking to transition into a leadership role? International Food Services is seeking a dynamic Training Instructor to join our team in Paranaque City. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for shaping our catering crew into industry-leading professionals.

You will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of excellence by developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs centered on our proprietary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). If you are a natural educator with a background in food service operations and a desire to influence the next generation of catering excellence, we want to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where your contributions will directly impact our operational consistency and customer satisfaction. You will be traveling between locations to mentor staff, perform quality audits, and instill our unique company culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and facilitate comprehensive training programs for catering personnel on company SOPs.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Evaluate crew performance through site visits and quality audits, providing constructive feedback.
  • Update and maintain training materials, manuals, and instructional videos to reflect current best practices.
  • Mentor junior crew members and supervisors to promote internal career growth.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to identify skill gaps and implement corrective training initiatives.
  • Ensure all catering staff consistently represent the brand identity and service standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-volume catering, culinary management, or restaurant operations.
  • Proven background in training, coaching, or leading a service team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and service protocols.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel frequently to various locations within the Metro Manila area.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training schedules simultaneously.
  • Professional certification in Food & Beverage or Training/Education is highly preferred.
