Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver foundational emergency response training modules in accordance with established safety standards.
- Mentor and guide trainees, ensuring they acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical proficiency.
- Maintain a high level of safety and order within the training facility at all times.
- Conduct regular assessments to track trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and organize training materials, equipment, and environment for daily operations.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company safety protocols.
- Facilitate engaging classroom and hands-on practical sessions for diverse trainee groups.
Kualifikasi
- Possess relevant certification in Emergency Response, Workplace Safety and Health, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a training, teaching, or instructional role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to mentor trainees effectively.
- A deep understanding of safety standards, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.
