- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for forecourt staff
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities
- Create engaging training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback mechanisms
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires and upskilling for existing staff

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development management
