Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs specifically tailored for cosmetic and personal care products.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and market trends.
- Assess training needs and effectiveness through performance evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure training content is current and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in cosmetics and personal care sales.
- Track and report on key training metrics and their impact on sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales training, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven expertise within the cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry is essential.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design effective training curricula and deliver engaging content.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
- Experience with performance coaching and sales force effectiveness programs.
- Ability to travel occasionally to various sales sites or events if required.
