As a Training Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the expertise and confidence of our retail workforce across major Indonesian cities. We have deep historical roots and a vast territory, and our continued success depends on a knowledgeable and skilled team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with our brand standards and drive sales excellence.
You will work closely with regional management to assess training needs, create engaging curriculum materials, and conduct workshops that enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques. This is a strategic leadership position where you will have the opportunity to impact thousands of customers through the education of our store associates.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive training curriculums for retail sales associates and store managers.
- Conduct interactive workshops and product demonstrations focusing on cosmetics application and brand identity.
- Develop training manuals, e-learning modules, and visual aids to support continuous learning.
- Monitor training effectiveness and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure training reflects current product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Mentor and coach regional trainers to maintain consistency in training delivery.
- Organize and host product launch events and internal training summits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, development, or retail management within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of beauty trends, skincare ingredients, and makeup application techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to travel to various branches and locations within Jakarta Raya.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and training management software.
