- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for US healthcare RCM processes
- Lead training sessions on medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle workflows
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness through KPI tracking
- Mentor and coach trainers while maintaining quality standards across all programs
- Collaborate with department heads to align training objectives with business goals
- Update training materials to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in training management, preferably in healthcare BPO
- Expertise in US healthcare RCM processes (ICD-10, CPT coding, HIPAA compliance)
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Experience with LMS platforms and training analytics tools
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance or Revenue Cycle Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
