In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of training programs designed to drive sales performance and enhance employee proficiency.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and Implement Training Programs: Create comprehensive sales training curricula and instructional materials tailored to organizational goals.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Assess the current skills of the sales team to identify specific gaps and development opportunities.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Seminars: Deliver engaging training sessions, coaching, and presentations to ensure knowledge retention.
  • Develop Learning Resources: Produce high-quality training manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules using modern tools.
  • Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training initiatives on sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Sales Managers and HR to customize training programs based on specific departmental needs.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Research and integrate the latest sales methodologies and training technologies into our programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or sales enablement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with diverse groups and foster a positive, collaborative learning environment.
  • Certifications: Certification in Training and Development (e.g., ATD, CPLP) is highly preferred.
