Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement tailored training programs for clients with intellectual disabilities
- Teach essential life skills and functional abilities to enhance independence
- Provide personalized supervision and support to clients during training sessions
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all clients
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate client functioning levels
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach to client care
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
