Join Conduent's dynamic team as a Training Services Coordination and Logistics Analyst I and play a pivotal role in optimizing mission-critical training operations for Fortune 100 clients. - Coordinate end-to-end training logistics including venue booking, equipment setup, and material distribution
- Analyze training schedules and resource utilization to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain training databases with accurate participant and session information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with business objectives
- Prepare comprehensive reports on training metrics, attendance, and feedback for stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships for training materials and logistical support
- Implement process improvements to enhance training delivery efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in coordination, logistics, or training support roles
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred
