Are you a passionate educator or corporate trainer looking to make a significant impact in the logistics industry? YTO Express is currently seeking a dynamic Training Staff professional to join our team in Pasay City. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our workforce development, ensuring our team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the fast-paced logistics sector.
As our Training Staff, you will take ownership of the full training lifecycle—from identifying organizational learning needs and designing engaging curricula to delivering high-impact programs and tracking progress via our Learning Management System (LMS). You will play a critical role in coaching our internal trainers and ensuring operational compliance across our branches. This position involves travel to various branches, providing you with a unique perspective on our nationwide operations while helping us maintain excellence in service delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs tailored to operational requirements.
- Coach and mentor internal trainers to enhance their instructional delivery and subject matter expertise.
- Manage and maintain accurate training records and performance metrics within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure all training initiatives align with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and facilitate branch-level training sessions, including necessary travel to regional sites.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or talent development.
- Strong background in LMS administration and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to travel to various branch locations as required by business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
