Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic training programs aligned with sales objectives and business goals
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions for sales personnel
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate training initiatives with business operations
- Manage training resources, materials, and vendor relationships
- Mentor trainers and establish best practices in program delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training or sales supervision
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sales training programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience with LMS platforms and training technology tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
