Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for hotel staff across all departments
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys and performance reviews
- Lead orientation sessions for new hires and ongoing professional development workshops
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and participant feedback
- Collaborate with department managers to align training with business objectives
- Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and digital resources
- Coach and mentor trainers to enhance delivery techniques and content quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Education, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training or supervisory roles within hospitality
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CPTD) or adult learning principles
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training management software
- Strong leadership and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in curriculum design and needs analysis methodologies
