Erajaya Group, one of the largest retail and distribution companies in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Supervisor to lead our training initiatives in Penjaringan, Jakarta Raya. As a Training Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of our retail and corporate teams. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that cover product knowledge, sales execution, customer service, and company value propositions.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into effective learning experiences, ensuring our teams are fully equipped to deliver exceptional performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, update, and implement comprehensive training modules covering product knowledge, sales programs, and customer service standards.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to retail partners, sales forces, and internal teams.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior trainers, ensuring high-quality training delivery and consistent evaluation.
- Conduct regular training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps across various departments and retail branches.
- Assess training effectiveness through post-training evaluations, feedback loops, and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate technical product specifications into easy-to-understand customer benefits.
- Prepare routine training reports and dashboards for senior management to track training ROI and team development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate training or talent development, preferably within the retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics sectors.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a training department.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in designing training curricula, e-learning content, and assessment tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
