Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive customer service training programs
- Conduct engaging workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions for staff
- Analyze performance metrics to identify training needs and improvement areas
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives
- Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and e-learning resources
- Lead performance improvement initiatives through targeted coaching interventions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in training/supervision within customer service
- Strong instructional design and presentation skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with performance data analysis and reporting
- Certification in training methodologies (e.g., CTT+) is advantageous
