In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between operational excellence and service quality, ensuring that every barista and kitchen team member is equipped with the skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As our Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for identifying skill gaps through hands-on outlet observation and data-driven Training Need Analysis (TNA). You will design, implement, and monitor training programs that elevate our operational standards across the board. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Training Need Analysis (TNA) for operational staff to align team skills with company standards.
- Perform regular site visits and outlet observations to assess barista and kitchen workflow efficiency.
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training modules for onboarding and continuous development programs.
- Collaborate with operations managers to resolve performance bottlenecks through targeted coaching.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through KPIs and feedback loops.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen and service workflows.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on training progress, skill compliance, and developmental milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B training or operational supervision.
- Strong understanding of barista techniques, kitchen workflows, and customer service excellence.
- Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver effective coaching sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-learning platforms.
- Willingness to travel to various outlets within the Jakarta area as required.
