Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs for maintenance staff
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and assessment tools
- Track employee certifications, compliance records, and training effectiveness
- Collaborate with safety officers to ensure training aligns with rail industry standards
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training program outcomes
- Support onboarding processes for new maintenance personnel
- Manage training documentation and reporting systems
- Facilitate practical skill demonstrations in workshop environments
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Technical Education, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in training coordination or instructional design
- Strong knowledge of rail maintenance operations and safety protocols
- Experience developing technical training materials and assessments
- Certification in adult education or instructional design preferred
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
