Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the Transaction Banking and Trade Finance business units.
- Drive SME lending growth by identifying new market opportunities and enhancing current credit product offerings.
- Manage the end-to-end credit assessment process to ensure portfolio quality and sustainable long-term profitability.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance, AML/KYC policies, and internal risk management frameworks.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of banking professionals to achieve departmental KPIs and revenue targets.
- Foster strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders to facilitate large-scale trade finance transactions.
- Oversee the optimization of digital transaction banking platforms to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, or Corporate Banking at a senior management level.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations, OJK guidelines, and international trade finance standards (UCP 600, etc.).
- Proven track record in managing SME lending portfolios and successful risk mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in financial modeling and credit risk analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
