Tanggung Jawab

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established company policies and quality standards.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
  • Verify and update customer account information, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Document all transactions, interactions, and resolutions within the appropriate system or database.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and company data.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or team lead for resolution.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance metrics, including accuracy rates and productivity targets.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or data entry role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
