Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established company policies and quality standards.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
- Verify and update customer account information, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Document all transactions, interactions, and resolutions within the appropriate system or database.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and company data.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or team lead for resolution.
- Meet daily and monthly performance metrics, including accuracy rates and productivity targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or data entry role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
