Join PERSOL's elite Transaction Services team as a leader driving infrastructure deals across Southeast Asia. In this strategic role, you'll spearhead complex due diligence mandates, ensuring rigorous financial and operational analysis for high-stakes transactions. - Lead comprehensive due diligence processes for infrastructure transactions across Southeast Asia
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and financial partners
- Drive business development activities to expand transaction services portfolio

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in transaction services, M&A advisory, or infrastructure finance
- Proven track record leading due diligence for infrastructure projects in SE Asia
- Strong network of relationships with corporate clients, PE firms, and financial institutions
- Deep understanding of infrastructure investment dynamics and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
