The successful candidate will manage complex scheduling, coordinate with logistics partners, and provide high-level communication to guests from around the globe. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all guest transportation transfers, ensuring punctuality and comfort.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests regarding arrivals, departures, and transit logistics.
- Liaise effectively with third-party transport providers and internal hotel operations teams.
- Monitor flight schedules and traffic conditions to proactively adjust transfer arrangements.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any logistical issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare detailed daily logs and shift reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality service standards set by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or Logistics roles.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a significant advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-end guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic booking management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
