The successful candidate will manage complex scheduling, coordinate with logistics partners, and provide high-level communication to guests from around the globe. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure every guest transition is smooth, timely, and professional.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage all guest transportation transfers, ensuring punctuality and comfort.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests regarding arrivals, departures, and transit logistics.
  • Liaise effectively with third-party transport providers and internal hotel operations teams.
  • Monitor flight schedules and traffic conditions to proactively adjust transfer arrangements.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any logistical issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare detailed daily logs and shift reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality service standards set by the company.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or Logistics roles.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a significant advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-end guest experiences.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic booking management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
