Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving operational excellence and digital transformation? Lexmark International is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Lead to spearhead our Record-to-Report (R2R) optimization initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary architect for designing and implementing standardized, high-performance R2R processes across our global enterprise, including collaborative efforts with Xerox and Lexmark frameworks.
The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in financial process re-engineering, automation, and change management to bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern, scalable financial infrastructures. You will partner with cross-functional global stakeholders to drive efficiency, ensure robust internal controls, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in our financial reporting and record management workflows.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deploy global standardized Record-to-Report (R2R) process frameworks.
- Lead large-scale financial transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline close cycles and manual data entry.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance stakeholders to integrate systems and enhance data accuracy.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process maturity and efficiency.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new financial processes.
- Ensure full compliance with global accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management to support long-term financial operational planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Finance, Process Improvement, or Operations, with specific focus on R2R.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale ERP implementations or financial system transformations.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies or similar process optimization frameworks.
- Expert ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable business intelligence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, matrix-organized environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for driving change and innovation.
