Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently operate a transit mixer truck for the transport and delivery of concrete to various construction sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tires, brakes, and other critical components.
- Ensure the correct mix and quantity of concrete are loaded and delivered according to specifications.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and site-specific regulations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatchers, site supervisors, and other team members.
- Regularly clean and maintain the transit mixer truck to ensure optimal performance and presentable appearance.
- Accurately complete logbooks, delivery tickets, and other required documentation.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Transit Mixer Driver or heavy equipment operator, preferably with concrete delivery.
- Valid professional driver's license (e.g., Non-Professional Driver's License with restriction codes for heavy vehicles).
- Thorough knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to handle the demands of the job.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
