Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and mentor a team of Transition Project Managers (TPMs) to ensure successful delivery of Managed Print Services (MPS) engagements.
- Develop and implement standardized operational workflows to improve project efficiency and reduce transition timelines.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to meet global project demands.
- Oversee project risk management frameworks, ensuring early identification and mitigation of delivery bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex client-facing issues during the transition lifecycle.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align regional operations with corporate strategic objectives.
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leading complex transitions or large-scale implementation projects, preferably in MPS or managed services environments.
- Strong proficiency in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
