MicroSourcing is looking for a dynamic Transition Specialist to support a high-growth AU-based telco challenger. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clientâs operational requirements and our BGC-based service delivery teams.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end transition projects for new and existing B2B telco accounts, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between AU-based stakeholders and local delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive transition project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for service transitions.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and training for staff to ensure compliance with telco service standards.
- Maintain high-level documentation and process maps for all transitioned workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, transition management, or business analysis within the B2B Telco sector.
- Strong understanding of AU Telecommunications market landscapes and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when dealing with offshore or international clients.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
