Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical documentation, user manuals, and engineering specifications from English to target language (and vice versa) with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure correct interpretation and translation of technical concepts.
- Maintain and update technical terminology databases and glossaries to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Review, proofread, and edit translated materials to ensure grammatical correctness and adherence to industrial standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines for document delivery.
- Perform quality assurance checks on localized software strings or technical interfaces.
- Research new industry-specific terminology to stay updated with the latest technological developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Linguistics, English Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical translation, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing setting.
- Exceptional command of both English and Indonesian, with a mastery of technical vocabulary.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and industry-standard documentation formats.
- Proficiency in Translation Memory (TM) tools and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
