Join Fuyuan Biologi Technology as a vital Translator/Interpreter and bridge communication gaps between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and our Indonesian operations. In this dynamic role, you'll ensure seamless cross-cultural communication by accurately translating spoken Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa during meetings, negotiations, and daily business interactions. Your expertise will facilitate smooth collaboration between our company, international partners, and clients, directly supporting our expansion goals in the biotechnology sector. You'll handle both real-time interpretation and written translation of technical documents, contracts, and correspondence while maintaining strict confidentiality and cultural sensitivity. This position requires exceptional linguistic precision and the ability to adapt to diverse communication scenarios, making you an essential asset to our global operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately interpret Mandarin-Indonesian conversations in real-time during business meetings and client interactions
- Translate technical documents, contracts, and correspondence with precision and cultural nuance
- Facilitate effective communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all cross-cultural communications
- Support onboarding of Mandarin-speaking partners through language assistance
- Research and adapt to industry-specific terminology in biotechnology and life sciences
- Document translation records and maintain glossaries for consistent terminology
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (native or bilingual) and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Professional certification in translation/interpretation (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business or technical translation
- Deep understanding of Indonesian and Chinese cultural business etiquette
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in linguistic tasks
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in CAT tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in biotechnology or life sciences (highly advantageous)
