Pungkook Indonesia One is seeking a dedicated and professional Translator to bridge the communication gap between our expatriate leadership and local team members. In this role, you will play a vital part in streamlining operations, ensuring clear directives, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
As our Translator, you will be embedded in our daily operational workflows, facilitating meetings, translating essential documents, and providing interpretation support to ensure company goals are met efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate verbal interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and shop-floor interactions between Korean management and local staff.
- Translate technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), emails, and reports from Korean to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Assist expatriate managers with daily operational communication to ensure organizational alignment.
- Facilitate effective communication during high-level management briefings and factory audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all translated materials and sensitive company information.
- Support cross-departmental coordination to resolve workplace misunderstandings arising from language barriers.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in both Korean (TOPIK level 4-6 preferred) and Indonesian (spoken and written).
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Korean Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Interpreter or Translator, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain neutral and professional in complex work environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work full-time in Grobogan, Jawa Tengah.
- Fresh graduates with high proficiency in Korean are encouraged to apply.
