Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian (or English) to facilitate daily operational tasks.
- Attend meetings and negotiations to provide real-time interpretation for management and external partners.
- Translate technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and business correspondence with high precision.
- Ensure cultural nuances and professional terminology are correctly represented in all translations.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve communication bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive company information and business dealings.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for cross-functional project teams.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Translator or Interpreter, particularly in a business or industrial setting.
- Native or professional-level proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred) and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relay complex information clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
