Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate verbal and written translation between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia/English to support daily operations.
- Facilitate effective communication during meetings, site inspections, and training sessions.
- Translate technical documents, manuals, and correspondence with high precision and attention to detail.
- Assist management in coordinating schedules, administrative tasks, and cross-departmental projects.
- Ensure cultural nuances are properly addressed to prevent misunderstandings within a multi-cultural workforce.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive corporate information.
- Support the production and administrative teams by resolving language-related bottlenecks on the factory floor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mandarin Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Translator or Interpreter, preferably in a manufacturing or electrical industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or 6 preferred) and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in an industrial site environment.
- Willingness to be based in Batang, Jawa Tengah.
