- Translate sales proposals, contracts, and marketing materials from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
- Provide real-time interpretation during client meetings, negotiations, and presentations
- Develop and maintain glossaries of industry-specific terminology for consistent translations
- Collaborate with sales teams to adapt messaging for Mandarin-speaking markets
- Review and edit translated content for accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and brand alignment
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized translation projects

Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of professional translation/interpretation experience
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business translation
- Deep understanding of Chinese business etiquette and cultural nuances
- Advanced proficiency in CAT tools and translation management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field preferred
