Tanggung Jawab
- Translate documents, reports, and manuals accurately between Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Provide high-quality consecutive and simultaneous interpretation for meetings, training sessions, and on-site operational discussions.
- Facilitate clear communication between management, expatriate staff, and local employees to prevent misunderstandings.
- Maintain organized records of translated correspondence and project documentation.
- Support the administrative department with daily operational tasks and coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and business communications.
- Ensure that all translations uphold the original meaning, tone, and professional context.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mandarin, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Indonesian; HSK level 4 or higher is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Translator or Interpreter, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and translation software tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment in Kabupaten Kendal.
