Are you a highly proficient Mandarin speaker looking to apply your linguistic expertise in a dynamic professional environment? Our company is seeking a dedicated Mandarin Translator to join our team in Cikande, Banten. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge in our daily operations, ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders, management, and partners.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating business correspondence, technical documentation, and real-time verbal interpretation. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business documents, manuals, and correspondence from Mandarin to Indonesian (and vice-versa) with high accuracy.
- Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation for meetings, site visits, and high-level management discussions.
- Facilitate effective cross-cultural communication between local teams and Mandarin-speaking partners.
- Maintain records of translated documents and ensure all materials are archived appropriately.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and administrative files in both languages.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve language-related barriers during daily production or operations.
- Ensure all technical terminology is translated consistently and correctly according to company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Literature, Translation, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or above is highly preferred).
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and Mandarin.
- Experience as a Translator or Interpreter in a manufacturing or corporate environment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional discretion.
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to be based in Cikande, Banten.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional language skills are encouraged to apply.
