Tanggung Jawab
- Translate a variety of business documents, including emails, reports, and marketing materials, from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa with high accuracy.
- Provide accurate interpretation services during meetings, negotiations, and business visits with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Ensure all translations maintain the original tone, style, and meaning while being culturally appropriate.
- Proofread and edit translated texts to ensure high-quality output before submission.
- Assist in drafting correspondence and maintaining communication logs with international partners.
- Stay updated on industry terminology and cultural trends to improve translation quality.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure clear communication strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level is SMA (High School Diploma) or equivalent.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken (Native or near-native level is preferred).
- Extrovert personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work full time and adhere to office schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in translation tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different translation tools and software.
