Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business correspondence, contracts, and technical documents between Mandarin and English with high accuracy.
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and stakeholder negotiations.
- Review translated materials to ensure they meet the company's tone, style, and industry standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive company information and trade agreements.
- Coordinate with international partners to ensure clarity in cross-border communications.
- Assist administrative teams in preparing reports and presentations for cross-functional departments.
- Update and maintain a company glossary of technical terms to ensure consistent terminology usage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a translator or interpreter (Mandarin-English-Indonesian proficiency is a plus).
- Strong command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and translation software tools.
- Ability to interpret complex technical or commercial jargon into clear, professional language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a bridge between diverse teams.
